The Benefits of Counselling:

A Journey towards Healing and Empowerment

The Power of Addiction Therapy:

where do we begin?

Addiction therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It recognises that each individual's journey with addiction is unique and so I tailor treatment plans accordingly. I work collaboratively with clients to discover the underlying causes of addiction, and develop personalised treatment strategies.
One of the primary goals of addiction therapy is to help clients gain insight into the factors that contribute to their addictive behaviours. This can involve exploring past traumas, co-occurring mental health disorders, and environmental influences. By understanding the root causes, individuals can begin to heal and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
