I can help you to take the first step towards freedom from the moment you make contact with me. You will experience the benefits of counselling from the very beginning.

I will provide the framework necessary for us to process and resolve the issues that have been troubling you.

I will guide you at a steady pace through the therapeutic process, so that you feel at ease to share.

I will help you to find the root causes of these issues to increase your awareness and move you towards your healing.

Many people worry about what they will share, and even if they have anything to share at all.

I guarantee you will be surprised at how comfortable sharing becomes, and how quickly you will see progress.

  • Free consultation

    Initially, we will have a 20 minute chat. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about counselling. Although this is not a counselling session, it is an opportunity for you to share with me your main concerns.

  • first session

    Your first session with me is an opportunity to share key information about your reasons for coming to counselling. We will also discuss and sign our counselling contract, and set some goals for our journey together. These steps are essential to ensuring your progress.

  • weekly sessions

    We will meet on a weekly basis for 1 hour.

    At times, I may guide the direction of our sessions, but you will always set the pace. I may suggest therapeutic interventions as they seem appropriate, however you are able to decide whether this is for you or not. Most importantly, we will make steps towards reaching your goals.
